Active life Physio Care

Active Life Physio Care provides professional physiotherapy for older adults, delivered in their own home or in care homes across Stone and the surrounding Staffordshire area.

I’m Jason Curtis, a physiotherapist who has worked in and around Stone for many years. Many local patients and families will already know me from my MSK work. Active Life Physio Care brings that same trusted approach into physiotherapy for older adults at home and in care homes.

We support families who are looking for reliable, compassionate physiotherapy for a parent or relative. This may be to help with walking, balance, strength, joint pain, recovery after illness or hospital admission, or maintaining independence for as long as possible.

Sessions are one-to-one and tailored to the individual. We take time to understand the person, their health needs, and what matters to them day to day. We also work closely with families, carers, and care home staff, keeping everyone informed and involved.

Our aim is to provide reassurance as well as practical support, helping older people move more safely and confidently, and giving families peace of mind.
